What is love? -Is it letting go?

What is friendship? - Is it forgiving?

What is knowledge? -Is it our hold on what is real but can't be seen?

What is pain? -Is it growing, or falling apart?

What is confusion? -Is it the outworking of blindness?

What is bitterness?-Is it my good parts rotting out?

What is sanity? - Is it conformity and complacency, is it acceptence of a lie?

Where is the off switch for all of this?- Is there any stopping this downward spiral?

Where is hope?-Is it forgotten?

Where is peace?- Is it out of reach?

How long will tomorrow wait?-Is forever far away?

When will everything be ok?-When, Lord, will you break through this bleak ice?
