Amazing
Its been quite some time since I was here, but everyone knows everything about everything that I know anything about, most of which I don't know everything about, SO, I'll just tell you a very few things that most of you already know, but that are significant to me and therefore shall be said by me.
Numero uno, I tore a ligament in the final joint of my left ring finger. Surgery will be done upon it Tuesday the 28th, at some hospital in Tyler (named after some Catholic saint or something), at 1:00 I think, don't hold to me to that though, I'm not absolutely sure.
Numero dos, I am now 17! YEA-AH BABAY! Paintball partay was totally sweet, much screeches and yelling and painting the forest, now our land is a giant piece of abstract art, a very special side benefit. Thanks to all you guys who came, and an even bigger thanks to my parents for hosting it.
Numero tres, in mucho hard times I found my God to be quite gloriously good, and I just realized that the harshness of the few weeks have been a direct answer to prayer, because I have been praying to get some trials so that I could see a greater piece of His goodness, and He did that and showed His goodness at the end. I also realized that all of my problems are still quite trivial and that I really need to work on my attitude during confusing times.
Numero quatro, (I need to finish up these numbers cause when they get past 4 letters I can't really spell them) my friends have proven themselves (again) to be THE AWSOMEST people in the land. Firstly, a thanks to my wonderful, beautiful parents. Ya'll are the best! I love you. Also, big special thanks to Caleb, my best buddy, for always being there, for bearing with all of my foolishness, for listening to me, and for standing by me. Also to Briana for all your wonderful letters, Steffen for bearing with all my mistakes and being a true friend, Amy for being the only person to actually get a bday card to my house on the actual day (It wasn't your fault that I couldn't read it until a week later, it was still sitting quietly in my computer on the very day) and Nick for all your jolliness and never ending store of good cheer.
Ok, thats enough numbers, I shall now give you a few precious quotes that I have picked up of late, some of them are mine own, but I hope you won't mind that too terribly much.
Andrew: "I love assumptions"
(yeah whatever)
Me: Don't give into the shrillness of your mind, Andrew
(we're all fairly close to insanity by the end of physics class)
Josh: "Come on guys, buck up. Look at Logan, he's not tired and he's been throwing interceptions all day"
(A shrewd observation)
Dr Doyle: "Stop making fun of my gerbil noises"
(dreadfully sorry sir, didn't know they were a matter of professional pride)
Me: "I can pick my nose if I want to"
(so there, don't tell me what I can and can't do)
THE MuskRat: "Evan, you weren't meant to be a musician, you were meant to be an inspiration." ( few completely unmixed compliments come from the ROUS, but, I take what I can get)
Briana: "Ha! Right, like I don't know I'm gonna fry and burn like a kerosene covered marshmellow" (rather graphic, really)
There were so many more that I had, but I didn't get a chance to write them down, and because I, like Andrew, am having trouble keeping from slipping into the shrillness of my own brain, I forgot them.
Anyhow, I'm thrilled with the fact that I have 30 plus comments now (11 of them are from Bree) and I certainly hope that I shall continue to get such amazing support, now that I'm actually blogging. I will gradually link all of you new bloggers, but since there are so incredibly many of you, it may take a little time. I think that's all for now, so

8 Comments:
finally a post, you old geezer. and look at it! just look at the size of that thing! you expect me to read all that?!?
So you posted....big whoop.Ha ha yeah jk. I enjoyed it. I may have posted approximately one third of the comments but half of mine were meaningless anyways.
Do you know what this means though?
It means, my dear broken fingered friend, that YOU now hold the record for the most comments. Aren't you excited?
And yes....Christine was cool, but you will not be able to get any girl to talk about her for more than 30 seconds because, like leighanne said, She's skinney, pretty, has a gorgeous voice and gets to wear these awesome outfits. We want her to die! (not literaly of course)
anywhoo....I suppose that's all I have to say at the moment.
That's a fascinating fundemental difference between girls and guys I guess, I think the Phantom and Raoul (sp?) are way cool and could go on about them and have no bitterness towards them.
finally, you have posted. One question: why is the post-a-comment thing so wierd? Briana is right, WE WANT HER TO DIE! of course not. Points to her for spelling my name right! ;) Evan, why haven't you noticed that girls and guys think differently before?

Wow steff I'm impressed....those are (I believe) the first harsh words you've ever said to me. Good job....you're progressing.
And I thought I'd say you're welcome Evan for all the letters. The pleasure was all mine really.
I was quoted...Wow. I suppose I'm making progress as well.
It's good to have you back and posting.
Steffen dear, I'm afraid you misquoted it. It is, in fact, "stupid, fat hobbit," even though I don't blame you for only daring to put the stupid part down.

Cr-.... I mean, darn, I checked and checked and checked and checked on your blog and when you finally post, I don't check for like three days!! Shame is on me and my seed after me forever. Indeed welcome to the glorious age of 17 -- if you are anything like me (hmm, let us not discuss this one) then you will soon wish to be 11 again.
Hehehe, I'm glad you like you link name.
Why is Amanda under "the silent one?" She is not silent, not to me anyways. But I suppose you have known her longer and seen how she acts and responds most of the time.
Oh yeah sorry I missed you earlier.
