Happy (yesterday was) Thanksgiving day!

Hello everybody, I'm speaking from Austin at my grandparents' house. Point of irony and strangeness: The grandparents aren't here! In fact, they're on a Caribbean cruise right now. But, all of us family not cruising are partying here anyway. (My aunt is living here right now, so its not like we just marched into a vacant house and took over). I would've blogged last night, but this computer kept claiming it needed cookies that I knew it didn't need. Had great feasts of turkey, ham, potatoes, and lovely tasteful pies and cakes. so yeah, we came here in our newly acquired large white van, which was lovely. No more crushing and squeezing, and I can sit up straight with only my hair brushing the ceiling, a very nice, and very rare thing(not that I typically sit up ramrod straight on long road trips, but that's beside the point). Somehow it doesn't feel Thanksgivingish, although I am thankful, because its not winter here, in fact, it hardly even feels like fall. Some trees have lost their leaves, but mostly everything is still green, and it was like 80something yesterday. Plus, horns/aggie games are now the Friday after Thanksgiving, instead of Thanksgiving day.

Yeah, we watched the last part of a Cowboy's game a couple of nights ago that transported me back to my native country.

Thanks for keeping us updated.
