Hello my friends, I don't really have much to say cause not much has been happenin lately, but I hated to just leave my blog blank. I've started my fitness program in earnest now, which actually makes me feel pretty good, I mean even though I know I'm still really wimpy, I'm hurting and moving a whole bunch, so it gives me hope that a muscle-man-new-me is just around the corner. Not that I really stress that much about my physical strength, but I hate having to be silent when the guys start bragging and I love bragging rights. And other then that it also fills my day a little and makes me feel a little bit useful which helps fight laziness and apathy, which are my 2 big problems at this point. Oh and one big happy morale boost for myself; I have now become ultra stretchy, on that happy note,

Yes, exercising is good.
I started up (for what the zillionth time) this summer and I am determined not to stop.
I used to avoid exercise when I didn't get enough sleep, thinking it wasn't worth it, but exercising actually helps you sleep, so it helps with more than just getting stronger.
And super stretchy is good! I think.
