Fun Times

I have decided that while the weekdays will be devoted to deep thoughts my weekend blogs will just tell of the good stuff I've been doing namely the "fun times". Well heres the weekends major funtimes so far. The race at skating. For those of you who don't know, every second friday is homeschool skating. The climax is THE RACE. So, Nick, Caleb, Levi and I are out there, Nick and I both confident that WE will win (relieved that Jordan didn't race). So the race starts and I as usual get a bad start, by the first turn I'm five feet behind Nick and Caleb who are neck and neck, but by the end of the first lap I'm right behind um, at the second turn Caleb goes out wide and I pull inside but unfortunately Nick has the same idea and we fall head over heels, I smash into the ground 2 feet ahead of Nick, my pants are torn my knee is scraped but it is worth it for the victory, or wait never mind its not worth it, Caleb won. But 2 bright spots in this tale of woe. Number one, Nick and I won the Scooter race so we got free cokes to drink along with Caleb. So we were happy. Number two is, Levi got second place, beating Nick and I, which made him very happy. I could feel his self esteem rising. so my knee hurts. Any how played bunches of pingpong, wathced Napoleon Dynamite, which is a must see movie, and my Grandparents are coming soon, so a happy weekend! tata til tomorrow
